4. Conditions to participate in the tender and required documents and qualification evaluation
criteria:
4.1. Conditions and required documents to participate in the tender:

4.1.3. The letter of offer, the form and content of which are specified in the Administrative Specifications.

4.1.5. All or part of the purchase subject to the tender cannot be made by subcontractors.

5. The economically most advantageous bid will be determined only on the basis of price.

7. Viewing and purchasing tender document:
7.1. The tender document can be viewed at the address of the administration and in exchange for 100 TRY (Turkish Lira) Kemer Municipality Service Area Arslanbucak Mah. Camarası Cad. 308. Sok. No: 6 07980 Kemer / ANTALYA.
7.2. It is obligatory for those who will bid for the tender to purchase the tender document or to download it using e-signature via EKAP.
8. Offers, until the date and time of the tender Merkez Mah. Yali Cad. No: 1 07980 Kemer / ANTALYA It can be delivered to the General Documents Service of the Municipality of Kemer in return for the receipt documents, or it can be sent to the same address via registered mail.
9. Bidders will submit their bids over bid unit prices for goods item-items. As a result of the tender, a unit price contract will be signed with the bidder on which the tender is awarded, over the total price calculated by multiplying the amount of each item with the unit prices offered for these items. In this tender, shall be submitted for the whole work.
10. The bidders will provide a bid bond to be determined by themselves, but not less than 3% of the price they offer.
11. The validity period of the bids is 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the tender.
12. As a consortium, no bid can be given to the tender.
13. Other considerations:
The tender will be left on the most economically advantageous bid without asking for an explanation stipulated in Article 38 of the Law. Electronic deduction will not be made in this tender.
