In the parcel with a surface area of ​​3000 square meters with a market value of 4.72 lira and without a zoning plan, the 1A group 50 square meters of canopy, a fine of 1.162.28 lira before the law for the pergola structure will be 43.762.25 lira with the new law.

In the parcel with a surface area of ​​3000 square meters with a fair value of 4.72 lira and without a zoning plan, the fine of 11.715.82 lira before the law for an illegal building with a surface area of ​​100 square meters in group 3A will be 54.009.26 lira with the new law.
